I've bought loads of things from Beads Unlimited before, fantastic products and particularly the kits.
There was an issue with the delivery of my last shipment, not their fault at all but their response was fantastic. There's that old adage about seeing the quality of a company by how they respond when something goes wrong and with fast emails, excellent customer service and a quick resolution - they really shone. Love this company. I stupidly ordered the wrong thing and they sent me what I was meant to order with absolutely no fuss at all. They covered the delivery charge even though I’d included my own stamps for return postage. No nonsense or messing about- these are great people to buy from.
